摘　　要：根据山东省疟疾病例检测工作的特点,提出了用于评价疟疾控制项目经济学评价的成本测量方法。此法也同样适用于其他种类疾病控制项目的经济学评价工作,具有简单易行,操作性较强等特点。Cost analysis is very important for economic evaluation and it is the basis of jt Although the cost contents of different programs may be different, the cost analysis model is similar in some way. This article pu^forward a cost analysis model for malaria case detection. The total cost of malaria case detection in this model includes slide taking cost and slide reading cost. The slide reading cost includes direct cost and the indirect cost of lab. The character of the model is operable, easy and reliable. It can also be used for other disease conttrol program. malaria surveillance, cost measurement
