对中国石化油气资源发展战略的思考

摘　　要：油气资源不足是限制中国石化稳步发展的瓶颈问题。“十一五”期间,中国石化提出“稳定东部、加快西部、准备南部、突破海上、加强国内、开拓国外”的油气资源勘探开发总体战略。结合中国石化五大战略区域的实际情况,提出了中国石化油气资源发展战略的思考。The lack of oil and gas resources has become the bottleneck problem that prevents Sinopec from developing stably and further. During the period of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, Sinopec puts forward the overall oil & gas exploration and development strategy, which is to stabilize the east, promote west development, prepare for the south, have new discovery offshore, strengthen domestic market and develop overseas market. On the basis of practical situation of Sinopec’s five strategic parts, the article puts forward some considerations about Sinopec’s oil & gas resources development strategy.
