摘　　要：伴随着中国经济的高速发展和人民生活水平的迅速提高,我国的住宅建设也进入了高速发展的阶段。由于住宅商品化、市场化以后,大大地推动了住宅建筑设计的发展。各种各样的住宅都涌现出来,不可避免地出现了一些设计不合理的现象。本文针对住宅建筑设计中存在的问题作了分析,提出了个人的观点。Accompany with the high-speed development of the Chinese economy and quick raising of people＇s standard of living, the eonstruction of residence building also come to the stage of the high-speed development in our county. The commercialization and the general adoption of the market principle propel the development of domestic architectural design. As various residence buildings appeared, some improper design appeared inevitably. To the problems of the domestic architectural design, this disquisition makes analysis and show the personal viewpoint.
