摘 要:目的通过观察更年甘露饮加小剂量雌激素对去势大鼠股骨的影响,探索一种防治女性绝经期骨质疏松的新方法。方法雌性大鼠切除双侧卵巢预防用药3个月,检测各组大鼠血清激素水平、股骨骨密度(BMD)、光镜观察股骨结构,透射电镜观察子宫内膜腺上皮细胞超微结构。结果小剂量雌激素无改善作用,更年甘露饮加小剂量雌激素、常规剂量雌激素及更年甘露饮均能改善血清激素水平、股骨BMD及结构,其中更年甘露饮效果最弱,常规剂量雌激素对子宫内膜腺上皮细胞有明显刺激作用。结论更年甘露饮加小剂量雌激素改善去势大鼠血清激素水平、股骨BMD及结构的作用与单纯使用雌激素相似,对子宫内膜腺上皮细胞无明显刺激作用,可作为一种防治绝经期后女性骨质疏松的新方法。Objective To investigate the effects of GENGNIANGANLUYIN plus low-dose estrogen on the femur of ovariectomized rats and to approaeh a new treatment to prevent menopausal osteoporosis. Methods Wistar female rats were ovarieetomized and given medieation for 3 months. The serum estradiol (E2 ) ,folliele-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteotrop(h) ie hormone (LH) and bone mineral density (BMD) were detected ,femur strueture were observed by light mieroseope ,and endometrial glandular epithelium ultrastrueture were investigated by transmission electron mieroseope. Results Low-dose estrogen had no obvious effect. Normal-dose estrogen, GENGNIANGANLUYIN, and GENGNIANGANLUYIN plus low-dose estrogen all eould improve serum hormone and alleviate bone pathologieal ehange. Among those treatments,the effects of GENGNIANGANLUYIN alone was least and normal-dose estrogen stimulated endometrial glandular epithelia obviously. Conclusions GENGNIANGANLLryIN plus low-dose estrogen ean improve serum hormone and alleviate bone pathologieal ehange having the similar effect as normal-dose estrogen and have no obvious estrogen adverse reaetion on endometrial glandular epithelia, whieh ean serve as a new treatment to prevent menopausal osteoporosis.
