摘 要:在我国经济持续快速发展凸显资源和能源短缺的严峻形势下,剖析了传统观念和机制所导致的石油化工资源配置问题:宝贵的氢气、轻烃资源用作燃料、液化天然气和煤炭资源未能综合利用;并且在以石油为唯一原料的传统的“炼化一体化”的概念上提出了以煤、石油、天然气为资源和能源的新的“油气化一体化”概念,指出要继续加深以石油为原料的炼化一体化的深度,重视发展LNG产业链、碳一化工和煤炭多联产技术,实现炼化产业资源和能源的优化配置。Because of the rapid and continual economic development,China faces the severe situation of short of resources and energy. Based on such background, the petrochemical resource distribution issue led to by the traditional concepts and system:valuable hydrogen and light hydrocarbon used for fuel;LNG and coal not used integratively, is analyzed in this paper. A new concept of integration of refinery and chemical industry which based on coal, oil and natural gas as resources and energy is propesed. In order to optimize the configuration of petrochemical resource and energy, it is suggested that : ( 1 ) oil should be used more sutficiendy in petrochemical industry; (2)develop the LNG industry chain;(3)optimize collocation of coal co-production, methane chemical industry.
