摘　　要：在阻燃剂无卤化呼声越来越高的今天,N-P系阻燃剂成为令人关注的热点之一。BL-环保阻燃剂属于N-P系阻燃剂,其主要原料与聚磷酸铵一样是磷酸与尿素,但因为其特殊的合成工艺使它不同于普通的聚磷酸铵。对BL-环保阻燃剂的生产工艺、生产设备及成本等几个方面分别进行了阐述。该阻燃剂具有制备简单、能耗低、生产设备投资少、成本低、与环境友好等优点,符合世界阻燃剂的发展趋势。BL-环保阻燃剂可用于生产阻燃实木、阻燃人造板和阻燃纺织品,并在森林草原防火上得到了创新应用。The N-P series flame retardant becomes one of the focuses for the public requirement of non-halogen flame retardant. BL-environmental friendly flame retardant belongs to N-P flame retardant series, and its main raw materials are phosphoric acid and urea the same as ammonium polyphosphate （APP）. But it differs from APP because of its special syn- thetic technology. The production technology, equipments and cost of BL-environmental friendly flame retardant are intro- duced. BL-environmental friendly flame retardant exhibits advantages of easy manufacture, low energy consumption, fewer investment, low cost and environmental friendly property. It accords with the trend of development of flame-retardant internationally. It can be used to produce flame-retardant wood, wood-based panels and textiles, and also innovatively in fire prevention of forest and steppe.
