摘 要:采用气相-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对24个来源不同的威灵仙样品中的挥发油进行指纹图谱分析,并运用主成分分析法及K-均值聚类法对其进行化学模式识别研究。结果表明,所研究的24个威灵仙样品可分为两类,其中19个威灵仙药材样品化学成分相近,聚为一类,另外5个威灵仙药材化学成分与主体威灵仙药材成分有一定差异,被聚为另一类,这为威灵仙的质量控制提供了理论依据。本文所建立的主体威灵仙药材的指纹图谱化学模式可作为中药威灵仙的质量评价标准。The major compounds in the essential oils from Clematis Chinensis Osbeck. were identified by GC-MS and the fingerprints of the 24 samples were obtained and studied. A chemical pattern recognition method was constructed by using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and K-means Clustering Method. The result shows, all the 24 samples studied could be divided into two categories. 19 of the samples were clustered in one category, while the others, which had some differences in chemical compounds, were clustered in another category. The chemical pattern recognition of Clematis Chinensis Osbeck. established in this paper can be used to the quality evaluation of Clematis Chinensis Osbeck.
