摘　　要：以上海市级、区级和县级医院为例,介绍了病例构成指数的计算方法及其在病种复杂程度分析和按病种收费中的意义。结果表明:市级医院的病种复杂程度远比区级医院为高,而区级医院又高于县级医院。通过对各医院病例构成指数的分析,可以为今后实施医疗保险,确定对医院的补偿水平方面提供一个有效的核算方法。The article describes how to calculate and use case constituent index (CCI) to assess complexity degrees of diseasesbased on principal diagnoses, procedures, complications and comorbidities, and thereby pre- determine reimbursementlevel for insured medical services rendered at city, district, and county -level hospitals, whose patients are usually very different in complexities, as shown quantitatively by this CCI method.
