摘　　要：通过调查,对西安地区医用高技术设备的配置与利用的现轶和存在问题进行了分析,建议:加强宏观调控,实现合理配置;加强微观管理,充分发挥资源效益。做到在强化一般的管理制度的同时,加强量化管理。对人和机器实行综合目标管理责任制;加强人才培养,使设备的结构建设与专业结构、技术结构和医务人员的知识结构相配合。An investigation of the present status and existing problems in disposition and utilization of medical high-tech gquip-ments in Xi'an area suggests the need for seffective overall regulation and control to achieve rational disposition)quantification in management on the basis of routine managerial system; comprehensive target management responsibility system for professionals and equipments; and advanced cultivation of professionals for further improving their expertise in high-tech medicine.
