摘 要:为解决坐水播种作业中种子与施水同位问题,提出了种、液同时播施的机械化坐水播种作业工艺,并对水路系统进行分析设计,建立了设计参数的数学模型,通过对模型的优化求解,获得了作业要求范围内水阀的设计参数。在此基础上进行了播种整机的结构设计,并对单体进行了室内性能测试。试验表明,该机平均穴灌水量为94.5mL/穴,种子离穴灌水湿润中心距平均为14.2mm,穴粒数平均1.64粒,平均粒距27.5cm,重播指数小于1.48%,漏播指数不高于2.21%。试验单体各项测试性能均达到了设计要求。Seeds and water flow into seedbed furrow together in same level is difficult for bed-irrigating sowing. In order to solve this problem, a new seeding technique of irrigating-sowing machine was brought forward. Based on the analysis, the water valve of waterway system was designed, and its parameter models were set up. Optimum parameters of the water valve were obtained by using optimum technique. Based on the optimum results, the sample monomer of irrigating-sowing machine was designed, and its performances were tested in laboratory. The test results showed that average irrigating water is 94.5 mL per hole, the average distance between seeds and the center of wet soil of holes is 14.2 mm, less than the designed distance,the average grains are 1.64 per hole; the average distance between grains is 27.5 cm, the resowing rate is lower than 1.48%, miss-seeding rate is not higher than 2.21%. All performances of sample monomer satisfy the design requirements.
