摘　　要：在电子产品工艺中,波峰焊接是主要的焊接方法之一。波峰焊机控制系统的性能直接影响到电子产品的焊接质量。本文介绍了基于S7-200 PLC的波峰焊机控制系统总体设计方案,主要包括硬件系统设计、软件系统设计、控制算法研究等等。硬件系统包含步进电机控制模块、通信模块、温度采样模块等几个主要模块,软件系统包含上位机软件和下位机软件。文章对基于继电反馈的模糊PID参数自整定算法进行了深入的研究。In the producing technique of electronic products, wave soldering is a main method of soldering. The paper introduces total design plan of wave soldering control system based on S7-200 PLC, chiefly including hardware system design software system design control algorithm research and so on. Hardware system contains motor control module commu- nication module and temperature sampling module, Software system includes top and bottom machine software. And an algorithm of PID self tuning based on relay feedback is discussed on detail.
