摘　　要：分析突发群伤事件发生时,医疗单位在抢救过程中应对迟缓和管理组织无序而出现的救护现场和院内抢救忙乱的现象,护理部加强急救组织管理,对急救护士进行统一培训。在事故发生时采取有效对策,快速组织,宏观管理,充分发挥职能部门的指挥、协调作用,提高其应对突发公共事件的救护水平。两年中,使3起突发群伤事件中的63名伤员在最短的时间内得到成功救治。This article analyzed the disorders in the first aid for group accidental injury due to slow coping and disorder management. In order to improve the level of first aid to cope with public accidents ,the nursing department strengthened the organization and management of the rescue and provided training for the first aid nurses. They took effective countermeasures, fast organization and macro view management, made full use of the coordination and direction functions of the administrative department when the accidents appeared. As a result,63 patients in three groups received successful rescue in time in the recent two years.
