摘　　要：在积极推进特色军事变革的进程中,军队医院由于编制体制的调整,护理队伍的结构发生了明显变化,护理工作面临着严峻的考验与挑战。通过分析新形势下军队医院护理队伍建设存在的问题,重点实施人本管理,努力构建合理的人才方阵;集中优势,培养临床实用型护理人才;开展科学研究,立足护理在卫勤工作中保障有力等护理队伍建设的做法和取得的初步成效。In the progress of military reform,the structure of nursing troop has been changed obviously and the nursing work faces rigorous test and challenge due to the adjustment of staff system in military hospitals. This article analyzed the problems in the construction of nursing troop in military hospitals under the new situation,and introduced the methods and effects of nursing troop construction,such as practicing humanistic management to build up a reasonable nursing team, concentrating advantages to train practical nursing staff, and developing scientific research to guarantee the function of nursing in the work of healthcare and logistics.
