摘  要:中国电信运营业的国际化开始较早,近年来加快了国际化的进程。当前,由于电信业国际化的趋势性以及提高中国电信运营业国际竞争力的要求,中国电信运营商的国际化是很有必要的。中国的电信运营商应抓住机遇,迎接挑战,根据自身的情况制定国际化战略。首先要正确认识和确立国际化的战略目标,并在其指导下进入国际市场;其次,当前应实行多国战略,在具体的战略措施上,采取本土化战略在当地进行市场竞争。China Teleeom operation businesses have early started their internationalization and this process has accelerated in recent years. It is very necessary for China telecom operators to adopt internationalization due to the tendency of internationalization in telecom operation businesses and the requirement to improve the international competitiveness of China Telecom operation businesses. China telecom operators ought to seize the opportunity and face the challenge by appropriate internationalization strategies based on their own positions. The crucial first step is to correctly recognize and establish the strategic goal of internationalization and to enter the international market under its guidanee. Subsequently, it is proper for these businesses to choose the multinational internationalization strategy. As for the concrete measures of strategy, it is right for them to adopt the localization strategy to compete in the local market.
