二丁颗粒的抑菌抗炎和免疫调节作用

摘　　要：目的 观察二丁颗粒的抑菌、抗炎和对免疫功能的调节作用。方法 采用琼脂二倍稀释法、二甲苯诱发小鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶诱发大鼠足爪肿胀等炎症模型及小鼠体内碳粒廓清能力测定法，二硝基氯苯所致小鼠迟发型变态反应法。结果 二丁颗粒有抑制二甲苯诱发小鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶诱发大鼠足爪肿胀等急性炎症的作用，有促进雄性小鼠体内碳粒廓清能力，并能抑制二硝基氯苯所致小鼠迟发型变态反应。对临床分离常见革兰氏致病菌均具有一定抑菌活力，其最低抑菌浓度为含生药0．084～1．34g·ml^-1。结论 二丁颗粒有抑菌、抗炎和对免疫功能的调节作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Erding granule of bacteriostatic for anti - inflammation and immunomodulatory. METHODS Bacteriostasis test in vitro were carried out by xylol induced swelling of mouse ears, carrageenin induced swelling of rat hind paws, clearance rate of charcoal particles and 2,4 - dinitrochloro benzene induced delayed ear swelling immunity in mice. RESULTS Antibacterial activity of Erding granule against 37 strains of clinical isolates was observed. The MIC of Erding granule was 0. 084 - 1.34 g· ml^- 1. The Erding granule had inhibitory effects on acute inflammation reaction of mouse ears induced by xylol and rat hind paws induced by carrageenin. The delayed hypersensitivity reaction induced by 2,4 - dinitrochloro benzene in mice was inhibited and the phagocytic function of mononuclear phagocyte was enhanced. CONCLUSION These results suggested that Erding granule has inhibitory effects on acute inflammation reaction, bacteriostasis and immunomodulation effects.
