摘  要:采用有限元ANSYS软件,分析了相同活塞有效长度下的单线圈与双线圈结构磁流变阻尼器的磁场分布情况。采用宾汉模型计算了阻尼力随激励电流、活塞运动速度的变化。计算结果表明,与单线圈阻尼器相比,双线圈阻尼器在2线圈通电方向相反、中间磁极长度为两端磁极长度的2倍时对材料的利用率高,而且在激励电流增大和较低活塞运动速度下其静态阻尼力和放大倍数增长较快,但获得同样大的阻尼力需要的功率增大。The magnetic distribution of the single-coil and dual-coil magnetic rheological dampers with the same effective piston length was analyzed by using the finite element ANSYS software. The change of damping force with stimulation current and the piston velocity was calculated by means of the Bingham model. The calculation results indicated that compared with the single-coil damper, the dual-coil damper had higher utilization of the materials when the current directions of the two coils were opposite and the length of the middle magnetic pole was twice that of the magnetic pole at the two ends. Moreover, the static damping force and enlargement factor increased rapidly when the stimulation current increased and the piston velocity was low, but the same damping force needed larger power.
