摘　　要：在《软件构件产品质量》标准编制说明基础上,综合介绍了软件构件质量标准的制定背景、目标及内容等。此标准是信息产业部的第一个有关软件构件质量的电子行业标准,它对软件构件质量保证和评估提供了规范,对软件构件技术推广应用和产业发展具有指导和推进作用。Based on ＂Software Component Product establishment specification, this article gives a whole introduction to the background of software component quality standard, the goal and content and so on. It is the first standard about software component quality in electronic field. It provides criterion to software component quality guarantee and evaluation and has the instruction and improvement to software component technology promotion and industrial development.
