摘　　要：针对煤炭采掘业信息管理模式的特点,基于制造业ERP系统的理论,构建适用于煤炭采掘这种非制造企业的ERP系统的业务流程模型。提出了由企业决策管理层、生产计划调度层、经营业务管理层以及生产业务管理层和生产安全监控层组成的企业业务流程模型,并对其业务流程的控制模型进行了分析,最后给出了适用于煤炭采掘业的ERP功能模型。According to the characteristics of information management mode of coal-mining enterprise, based on the theory of manufacturing industry ERP system, business process model for coal-mining enterprise ERP has been constructed for non-manufacturing industry. Such enterprise business process model is composed of enterprise decisionmaking management, production program dispatch, management business, production business management and production safety monitoring. Moreover, the control model of its business process was analyzed. Finally, the function model suitable for coal-mining enterprise ERP is given.
