我国图书馆可持续发展的制约因素与对策

摘　　要：自我发展机制缺乏,人才瓶颈,服务水平欠佳,用户能力不足,馆际之间缺少合作机制成为制约我国图书馆可持续发展的主要因素。管理体制创新,人事制度创新,服务创新,发展和培养信息用户和信息能力,构建战略联盟等是促进我国图书馆持续发展的根本保证。Library sustainable development is the important link of vigor civilization construction in our country. Library sustainable development in our country is restricted by five major factors. They are： deficient in self- development mechanism and people of talent, not good enough on service level, inadequate consumers ＇ability and lack cooperative among libraries. In order to promote library sustainable development in our country, we should blaze new ideas in management system, personal system, service, fostering ability of information consumers and constructing strategy alliance. That＇s the basic guarantee.
