摘　　要：本文介绍了来源于野生型石油酵母Y11430的巴斯德毕赤酵母的3种宿主菌的不同之处,并介绍了其甲醇诱导型基因AOX,同时说明了酵母菌体内微体对合成蛋白质的作用。从启动子类型、启动强弱、终止子及信号肽等方面对整合型载体做了详细的介绍。在外源蛋白表达方面,简要介绍了表达过程,重点讨论了如何防止外源蛋白降解,对影响毕赤酵母高效表达的因素做了扼要论述并提出了相应的解决方案。This review presented a comprehensive introduction to three host bacteria of Pichia pastoris originating from wild type crude oil yeast Y11430 and showed the effect of microhody on protein synthesis in yeast. The methanol-induced gene A OX was discussced as well. Furthermore, the types, strength, terminator, and signal peptide of yeast integrative plasmid were analyzed. For exogenous protein expression, it highlighted the prevention of exogenous protein degradation and the factors that influenced high-efficiency protein expression in Pichia pastoris. The appropriate solutions were proposed. Finally, a brief summary about the exogenous protein expression in Pichia pastoris was presented.
