低蛋白饮食加静滴肾安治疗慢性肾衰（附16例报告）

摘　　要：用低蛋白饮食（ＬＰＤ）加肾安静滴治疗慢性肾功能衰竭（ＣＲＦ）患者１６例，治疗前后检测患者血及尿氨基酸（ＡＡ）及肾功能有关指标，结果显示：ＣＲＦ患者血清１６种ＡＡ治疗后１１种显著低于治疗前（Ｐ＜０．０５）：尿中大部ＡＡ（１４／１６）治疗后虽减低，但无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。治疗后ＢＵＮ、血磷较治疗前显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）；血钙、血浆白蛋白和Ｃｃｒ治疗后比治疗前显著增高（Ｐ＜０．０５或＜０．０１）。Sixteen patients with chronic renal failure were treated by low protein diet combined with intravenous drip essential amino acids. The amino acids of blood and urine were analysised and the indices of renal functions were examined pre-and-post-treatment.The results indicated that 11 out of 16 kinds of amino acids in the blood were reduced after treatment in the patienst with CRF(P<0.05),and most of these amino acids(14/16) in urine were also reduced after treatment though no statistical significance was found(P>0.05).The serum levels of BUN and phosphorus were significantly reduced(P<0.05) while those of calcium,albumine and Ccr obviously increased(P<0.05 and P<0.01,respectively)after treatment.
