摘  要:采用溶胶—液相法制备了H3PW12O40/TiO2复合催化剂,用FT—IR分析方法对催化剂进行了结构表征。以醋酸和异戊醇为原料合成了醋酸异戊酯,考察了反应物配比、催化剂用量、反应时间及催化剂的重复使用性能对产品收率的影响。实验结果表明:合成醋酸异戊酯的较优反应条件为:异戊醇0.1mol,n(醋酸)/n(异戊醇)=1.4/1.0(mol/mol),催化剂的用量为1.25g,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间3.0h。上述条件下,醋酸异戊酯的收率可达87.0%以上。A complex catalyst, H3PW12O40/TiO2 was prepared by sol - gol method and identified by FT- IR. Iso- amyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and iso- amyl alcohol using it as the catalyst. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the better conditions are as follows:iso- amyl alcoho10, l mol, n (iso- amyl alcohol)/n( acetic acid) = 1.0/1.4( tool/tool), the amount of catalyst is 1.25g, the amount of cyclohexane as water- carrying agent is 12mL, the reaction time is 3. Oh. Experimental results showed that under the above reaction conditions the yield of iso- amyl acetate can reach over 87.0 %.
