摘 要:采用AB-8型大孔树脂对从葛根中提取的总黄酮产物进行分离纯化研究。考察了各种因素对树脂吸附和洗脱效果的影响。通过实验,得到了吸附的最佳工艺条件为:葛根黄酮上样液浓度6.6931mg/mL,上样液量为3倍树脂柱体积,PH值为5-6,吸附流速为1.0mL/mira;洗脱工艺条件为:洗脱液(70%乙醇)量为5倍树脂柱体积,流量为1.0mL/min。分离纯化后的葛根总黄酮产品纯度可达70%。The separation and purification of ca:tried out using AB - 8 type of resin in this orption of the resin were investigated. the total isoflavones extracted article.
