摘　　要：在研究图像压缩编码技术的基础上,给出了基于TMS320C6711芯片和PCI总线(PCI9054)的MPEG-4视频编码卡的硬件设计、软件流程和编码优化的实现方法.测试证明,此PCI板卡视频图像处理速度快,满足了实时视频处理的要求,可广泛应用于实时通信系统、远程视频监控等领域.Based on the study of the technology of the image compressed coding, the method is given about the hardware design of MPEG-4 video frequency coding care, software process and coding optimization based on TMS320C6711 and PCI9054. Test proves this PCI card processing video images fast, meets the requirements of real-time video processing, which can be widely used in real-time communication system, remote video monitor system and other fields.
