鲜芦荟汁预防及治疗放射性皮炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：观察鲜芦荟汁外涂对放射性皮肤损伤的预防和治疗效果。方法：选择放射治疗的160例肿瘤患者分为：①预防处理组80例：随机分为预防对照组40例和预防观察组40例，预防观察组放疗期间将鲜芦荟汁外涂在照射野皮肤上，预防对照组不使用任何方法预防处理照射野皮肤。放疗后评价两组放射性皮肤损伤的发生率及发生程度。②治疗处理组80例：随机分为治疗对照组40例和治疗观察组40例，治疗观察组用鲜芦荟汁外涂于放射性皮炎创面，3～4次／d，连用7～10d，治疗对照组用烧伤油外涂于放射性皮炎创面，3～4次／d，连用7～10d，观察第3、5、7天两组创面缓解情况。结果：①预防处理观察组放射性皮炎发生率和发生程度明显低于对照组，差异具有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。②治疗处理观察组在外涂鲜芦荟汁第5天和第7天放射性皮炎创面缓解率明显高于对照组，差异具有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。结论：鲜芦荟汁外涂对肿瘤患者放疗时皮肤放射性损伤的预防及治疗均有显著效果。Objective： To observe the preventing and treating effects of fresh aloe juice on radiation skin damage. Method： ①Preventing with aloe group： 80 malignancy patients with radiotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases）. The fresh aloe juice was applied to the irradiated skin during radiotherapy in the observation group while nothing was done to protect the skin in the control group. After the radiotherapy, the irradiated skin was evaluated. ②Treating with aloe group., 80 patients with radiation skin damage were randomly divided into the observation group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases）, The fresh aloe juice was applied to the injured skin in the observation group and the burn oil was applied to the injured skin in the control group. 3-4 times a day. On 3d,Sd and 7d, the results were compared. Results： ①Preventing with aloe group： The incident rate and the degree of radiation skin damage in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group, showing a significant difference （P〈0. 01）. ② Treating with aloe group ： The effective rate on 5d and 7d in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group, the significant difference was shown （P〈0.01）, Conclusion： External use of fresh aloe juice can effectively prevent and treat radiation skin damages during radiotherapy in malignancy patients.
