摘　　要：目的探讨不明原因性不孕症患者子宫内膜中HB-EGF及其受体的表达。方法选择不明原因性不孕症患者30例,正常生育妇女20例,采用免疫组织化学法分析子宫内膜HB-EGF及其受体的表达。结果HB-EGF及其受体EGFR表达在子宫内膜上皮细胞和间质细胞的细胞膜和胞浆中,不明原因性不孕症患者子宫内膜中HB-EGF和EGFR的表达显著低于正常生育妇女组(P<0.05)。HB-EGF和EGFR成正相关(r=0.57,P<0.05)。结论HB-EGF和EGFR的下降可能与不孕症的发生有关。Objective： To explore the significance of ahnormal expression of HB-EGF, EGFR in endometrium of unknown reason infertility. Methods： The expression of HB-EGF and EGFR was observed in 30 unknown reason infertility and 20 normal female with immunohistochemical method. Results; HB-EGF and EGFR were expressed on the glandular epithelium and mesenchymal cells of endometrium, the level of expression of HB-EGF and EGFR in unknown reason infertility were significantly lower than normal female （P〈0. 05 ）. Positive correlation was found between HB-EGF and EGFR expression （ r= 0. 57, P;0. 05）. Conclusion; HB-EGF and Low EGFR expression was related to infertility.
