摘 要:根据丁二烯装置溶剂精制塔的特点,提出了溶剂精制塔的计算模型,采用PRO/Ⅱ软件对溶剂精制塔进行了计算,计算结果与设计值基本吻合。溶剂精制塔宜采用浮阀板式塔,并设计了塔的结构。实际操作中,塔板上不能保持适宜的液面高度,针对这一问题,采取密封塔板边缘和装配间隙的措施,并将F1型浮阀改为A1型浮阀,取得了很好的效果。运行结果表明,溶剂精制塔的设计是成功的,对低处理量的小直径板式塔的设计具有一定的参考价值。According to characteristics of solvent treating column of butadiene plant, computation model of the column was presented. Calculation of solvent treating column was carried out via PRO/Ⅱsoftware. Calculation results are quite in accord with design data. Based on characteristics of materials, tray column with float valves was decided for solvent treating unit. In actual operation, how to keep suitable height of liquid level on trays became a problem. To solve this problem, measures of sealing both edge of trays and their assembly gaps were adopted, and F1 float valves were replaced with A1 float valves. Operation proved that computation model is useful and important for design of tray column with low treatment capacity and small diameter.
