摘 要:目的:探讨16层螺旋CT在颌面部多发骨折中的应用价值。方法:20例颌面部外伤病例,均行16层螺旋CT扫描和二维及三维重建,扫描层厚3 mm,重建方法包括多平面重建法(MPR)、表面阴影显示法(SSD)和容积再现法(VRT),将二维和三维图像进行对照分析和验证。结果:上、下颌骨骨折、颧骨骨折并移位三维图像显示明显优于二维图像,筛骨、蝶骨、腭骨等中深面部骨折二维图像显示更清晰。结论:二维图像仍是诊断颌面部骨折最根本依据,三维重建的优势在于对复杂、粉碎骨折的多方位立体显示,清晰显示病变的空间解剖关系。Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of 16 slice spiral CT in maxillofacial fractures. Methods: twenty cases with maxillofacial fractures were undertake 16 slic spiral CT scan and three dimensional (3D) reconstructions. The scaning thickness of slices was 3mms, the methods of imaging processing in- clude multiplanarreformatted (MPR), the surface shade display (SSD), and volumer to reappear (VRT). Carrying on 2D and 3D to check against the analysis and verifications. Results: Among 20 cases of maxillofacial fractures, up and bottom of maxillofical fractures, the zygomatic fractures with moving, 3D show obvious advantage compared with 2D. In ethmoid bone fractures,sphenoid bone fractures, the palatine fractures etc, deep face bone fractures, the manifestation of 2D is clearer. Conclusion: 2D is still the basic way to examine maxillofacid fractures. The advantages of 3D reconstruction were remarkable to complications and smash bone fracture, especially clearly show stereoscopic view manifestation, the space of the clear manifestation pathological changes
