应用带气囊导尿管治疗鼻腔后部出血60例

摘　　要：目的观察采用一次性带气囊导尿管进行后鼻孔填塞止血的临床效果。方法120例鼻后部出血患者随机分为2组,对比患者对锥形纱布球与一次性带气囊导尿管的耐受情况、一次填塞成功率。结果两组患者的一次填塞成功率、填塞期间症状、夜间睡眼时间间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论一次性带气囊导尿管治疗鼻腔后部出血效果好、副作用小,适宜在临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of postnasal packing by using disposable balloon urinary catheter. Methods 120 patients with posterior epistaxis were at randomly divided into two groups, to observe comparatively the different endurable conditions of cone gauze ball and disposable balloon urinary catheter and the successful rate of once - only stuffing. Results The once - only stuffing successful rate, symptoms during stuffing and night sleeping time of the two groups have significant difference （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The therapy of disposable balloon urinary catheter for posterior epistaxis has a good curative effect and little side effect. It is suitable for clinical application.
