摘  要:以二羟基二过碘酸合镍(Ⅳ)钾为氧化剂,碳黑表面的活性羟基为还原剂,组成氧化还原引发体系,于碱性介质中,在碳黑表面引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝共聚合.测定了各种因素对接枝参数的影响,获得了最佳反应条件,得到了高接枝效率的接枝共聚物.通过红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对接枝共聚物结构进行了表征,用分光光度计法考察了接枝碳黑在水介质中的分散效果,并探讨了引发机理.Graft copolymerization of Methyl Methacrylate onto Carbon black (CB) in alkali solution, using potassium diperiodatonickelate(Ⅳ) (DPN) as initiator was investigated. Grafting parameters such as initiator concentration, ratio of monomer to CB, reaction time and temperature, water-to-dioxane ratio, were evaluated comparatively. The optimum conditions for affording maximum grafting have been evaluated. The proof of grafting was obtained from infrared spectra. A tentative initiation mechanism is proposed to explain the graftcopolymerization. The grafted CB was characterized by the scanning electron microscope, and was proved to be much better than the CB in dispersed ability and consistent ability. And the dispersed ability of the grafted CB in water medium was testified to be much better than the CB by the Ultraviolet Visible spectrophotometer.
