摘　　要：通过多例急、慢性肾功能患者使用连续性肾脏替代治疗机治疗,介绍意大利prisma(CRRT)机的应用与维护要点。Twelve patients with acute renal failure following multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （MODS）were treated with continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT）by the Prisma 1）system. This paper introduces the principle and the method of Prisma on CRRT. Six Patients died during the course of treatment. Mean treatment time of Prisma system was 76.8±36.3 hours. Mean use time of M60-Pre was 52.3±38.7 hours.
