摘　　要：现代免疫分析技术都使用各种不同的标记物与待测物质进行全量反应,利用标记物的放大效应,达到定量测定出超微量物质的目的,而电化学发光免疫分析技术是利用三联吡啶钌做标记物,可以标记任何抗原—抗体及核酸。电化学发光免疫分析仪器,采用一个新的电化学发光氧化还原反应系统,使微量免疫分析走向全自动化、快速、检测稳定、线性范围宽的新阶段。There are different markers to be used to assay samples in modern immunoassay technology. We can assay the super minim subject by the markers multiplying reaction. The marker of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay is triprolidine- Ruthenium. It can mark any antigen, antibody and nucleic acid. The electrochemiluminescenee immunoassay instrument use a new oxidation and deoxidation system. The minim immunoassay becomes a new stage of automatization, speedy, stable and more larger linear range.
