摘 要:近年来,我国CRT显像管制造行业迅速发展,但制造显像管所需的大量优质矿石和化工原料的开采和合成过程却破坏了自然生态环境,还造成环境污染。同时,大量被淘汰和不合格的显像管被简单处理,造成巨大的优质资源浪费。采用系统分析的方法,对废显像管玻璃再利用进行环境分析,从而找出适合我国的废显像管玻璃循环经济模式,并使用模糊综合评价对废显像管玻璃循环经济效益的综合评价方式进行了探讨。This paper is aimed at presenting the authors' study and analysis on the economic system for a virtuous circulation mode with teletube glass scraps in China by using the method of system analysis. As is well known, manufacturing industry of CRT has been developing fast in our country in recent years. To promote such a smooth development, it is natural to explore large quantities of high-quality mineral and chemical raw materials to make CRT. However, it seems inevitable to lead to the worsening of our natural ecosystem in the mineral resources exploitation and processing. Moreover, processing and manufacturing of chemical products also result in the pollution of the eco-environment. For example, large amounts of eliminated CRT and unqualified CRT produced in the factories are often mindlessly handled and dumped in the open areas, which have caused big waste of high-quality resources. Therefore, it has become imperative to work out an efficient economic mode for virtuous circulation of the teletube glass scraps in the factories concerned. Needless to say, such a mode helps to bring economic benefits of the reuse of teletube glass scraps. In this article, great attention has been paid to strengthening the handling of teletube glass scraps in actual production of CRT so as to realize the goal both of expansion of production and reduction of the amount of teletube glass scraps below the standards.
