摘　　要：建立标准化试题库,有利于实行教考分离,减轻教师负担;有利于教学管理工作的规范化和科学化.本文介绍了电磁学题库系统的开发环境、主要功能和使用方法.The test is the means to assess teachers＇ constructing qualities and estimate students＇ studying effects. Along with the increase of education quality, tests tends to more scientific and modern, which has been a special field to attach scholars＇ attention. The setup of standard question system is benefit not only to the separation between teaching and test,relieving teachers＇ burdens and also to the standardization of management. The developing environment, main function and instruction were present in tins paper.
