摘　　要：Objective To study the expression of NYD SP6 gene in testes of azoospermia patients and normal men with different ages and the implication. Methods The testicular specimens at different ages were divided into three groups： fatal group （ n = 4 ）, adult group （ n = 4） and old men group （ n = 4）. The patients with azoosperrnia were divided into three groups： hypospermatogenesis group （ n = 7）, spermatogenic arrest group （ n = 13） and sertoli-cell-only （SCO） ） syndrome group （ n = 3 ）. The expression level of NYD-SP6 gene was detected by realtime PCR. Results Compared with adult group, the expression level of NYD-SP6 gene was decreased significantly in fatal and old men group, spermatogenic arrest group and SCD syndrome group （ P 〈 0.01 ）,
