摘　　要：通过对劳动实体、劳动组合体、社会价值形态和大经济观的分析,对价值创造和价值分享的研究,从经济哲学的维度,阐明了劳动价值新论及其价值观:价值就是财富,就是文明,为人类共创,为世人共享。进而,为构建和谐多元化的人类社会共同体提供科学的理论依据。The author studied the value creation and the value share from the view of the labor entity, the work assembly, the social value form and the macro-economy, and then proposed a new view of labor value theory that the value is fortune and civilization which should be shared by all the human beings from the economic philosophy angle. The author＇s views could be used to construct a harmonious and multiplex society in future.
