摘　　要：随着组件、面向对象等现代软件工程思想的出现,传统的国土资源管理信息系统开发模式发生了变化。基于此,提出了平台+插件的软件设计方法,并通过实例详细阐述了该方法在国土资源管理信息系统开发中的运用。With the advent of the modem software engineering concept such as modularization and objective - orientation, great changes have taken place in the development mode of the traditional land and resource management information system. Based on this, a plug ＋ platform software design method is suggested and its practical application in a real case of the land and resource management information system is presented in detail.
