河北省某村妇女产褥期传统行为及相关疼痛性疾病研究

摘　　要：目的:了解河北省某村妇女产褥期传统行为及其存在的主要原因并探讨其与相关疾病的关系。方法:综合运用问卷调查、个人深入访谈、专题小组讨论、现场观察等方法对河北省某村233名妇女进行了调查,并对资料进行回顾性分析。结果:在“月子”里,23种传统行为中除不洗脸外均有较高的发生率。调查对象中有44.64%有腰疼,35.19%有腿疼,20.60%有脚后跟疼,16.31%有后背疼,18.02%有头疼。相关性分析显示,相关疾病的发生与是否遵守传统行为无关(r=-0.086),而与心理因素有关。访谈中发现,一些“坐月子”传统习俗可以导致的产后健康问题比较普遍,但40岁以上组做过产前检查的占36.48%,而做过产后检查的仅占6.44%;40岁以下组做过产前检查的占84.98%,而做过产后检查的仅占22.75%。结论:该村妇女产褥期行为受传统观念影响较大,对妇女产后保健缺乏重视;产褥期传统行为不会减少“落病”的危险。Objective： To learn the status of special traditional postpartum behaviors and related diseases chronic pain of women of Dongzu village in Laishui County, Hebei Province. Methods： Structured questionnaire, in- depth interview, focus -group discussion and first hand observation were used and 233 women were visited. Results： Of 233 women, to incidence rates of 23 kind of traditional behaviors were high except washing face. Among the 233 women, the prevalence rates of related - diseases such as low back pain, leg pain, heel feet - ache, back ache neck pain and head ache were 44.64% , 35. 19% , 20. 60% , 16. 31% and 18.02% , respectively. The relationship between the scale of related - diseases chronic pain with and following the traditional behaviors of women was no statistically significant, but there was relationship between the scale of related diseases and mental state factor. Conclusion ： Both the special traditional postpartum behaviors in ＂ doing - the - month＂ and chronic pain currently were very popular among the village women in this village. The prevalence rates of related - diseases village women suffering were quite high. There was no any relationship between them.
