Design of Compact High Efficiency Low-power Switching Power Supply

摘  要:为实现小功率开关电源的小型高效化,设计并制作了基于电流型脉宽集成控制芯片UC3842的隔离单端反激式开关电源。利用MagneticsDesigner软件设计平面变压器,分析了选用MOSFET开关管、输出整流管及电阻/电容/二极管(RCD)箝位元件的依据和方法,并进行了Pspice仿真。试验结果验证了该电源的有效性,满载效率达到88%,体积为40mm×35mm×10mm。An off-line flyback switching power supply is designed based on the current-mode Pulse Width Modulation (PWM)integrated chip UC3842A.The power supply is of compaction, high efficiency and can be applied to the field where low power is required.The planar transformer is used because it has excellent comprehensive performance such as small volume,low leak inductance, low EMI radiation, high current density and so on compared with traditional transformers.The planar transformer is designed with the aid of software Magnetics Designer.The design criterion of the key parameters such as MOSFET switch tube,output rectifying tube and RCD clamp circuit are analyzed and simulated with Pspice.The experimen-tal results prove its validity.88% of the overall efficiency was achieved for the power supply with DC 28V input and 6V/9W output at 100kHz switching frequency.The size of the power supply is 40mm×35mm×10mm.
