摘　　要：读者资源是图书馆生存和发展的最根本的资源,通过分析新时期图书馆读者资源的分化和走向,对图书馆应如何创造和发挥自身的优势,维护现有的读者源,并不断挖掘发展新的潜在的读者源等进行了重新审视。Reader resources are the basic resources of library survival and development. This article analyses the differentiation and trend of reader resources in new era,then puts forward some suggestions on library＇ s reader resources construction just like creating and developing library＇ s advantages, maintaining the existing reader resources, digging the potential reader resources and so on.
