摘　　要：分析了畜牧业生产过程中养分消耗、养分流向及其对环境的潜在冲击,综述了国内外畜牧业生产过程中养分资源管理措施和降低畜牧业生产过程中养分流失的途径,阐述了畜牧业生产过程中养分资源管理和评价的意义,以期为畜牧业的可持续发展提供依据。Nutrition drain and flows in livestock production and its impact to environment has been analysied. In addition, to supply theory basis for sustainable growth of animal farming,management for such nutrition in China and in the world, method to reduce nutrition loss and the importance of the management and evaluation for animal manure nufrition resource have been reviewed and introduced in the paper.
