摘　　要：基于对轻钢轻板住宅适用技术的辩证分析,提出了发展轻钢轻板住宅技术体系应坚持二点论,即高新技术(先导)和多层次化技术(基础)结合的技术模式,并进一步就发展趋势进行了论述。Based on dialectical analysis on appropriate technology, this paper advances a theory that the state should persist on combining the high technology with the foundation technology in developing steel housing and carries on further exposition of development tendency of steel housing.
