摘　　要：四川大学华西医院行政办公楼由加拿大专家设计,建成于1942年,该建筑已使用60余年,属超期使用的建筑。鉴于该建筑为四川大学具有标志性的建筑,故对其主要结构加固改造,外部维修保护。采用增设钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固砖砌体、置换原有木楼盖、木屋架。加固处理后经检测验收,各项指标都达到设计要求,加固效果良好。本文介绍了加固设计方案及简化计算公式和细部构造情况。The administration building of West China Hospital Sichuan University was designed by Canadian experts, and Built in 1942. The structure has been used for more than 60 years and exceed the design working life. Whereas the structure is the representative building of the Sichuan University ,strengthening of main structure and retrofitting exterior of the building for protecting is necessary. The brick walls are strengthened with reinforcing mesh , to replace the original wooden ceiling and roof frame. The examination shows that the strengths of the members after strengthening meet the demands of design. The design schemes, simplified calculation formulas and local constructions of the methods are presented.
