4所高校医院抗高血压药物利用调查

摘　　要：目的：了解北京地区高校医院抗高血压药物应用情况。方法：对2003～2004年北京4所高校医院抗高血压药的品种、销售金额、用药频度等数据进行统计分析。结果：2003～2004年北京4所高校医院应用的抗高血压药物共7类17个品种,其中8个品种4医院都有。总用药频度和销售金额分别增长19．08%和42．62%。复方降压药用药频度最高,其次为钙拮抗药。结论：4所高校医院对抗高血压药物品种选择大体相同,低价位品种占主导地位。Objective： To find out the application of anti-hypertension drugs in university infirmaries in Beijing area. Method： Relevant statistics, such as varieties, sale volume, and DDDs of anti-hypertension drugs used in 4 university infirmaries in Beijing during 2003 - 2004 were collected and analyzed. Result： Seven kinds of anti-hypertension drugs ineluding 17 varieties were prescribed during 2003 and 2004 in these infirmaries and 8 of them were used in all of the hospitals. DDDs and sale volume of the anti-hypertension drugs were increased by 19.08% and 42.62% respectively. Conclusion： These university infirmaries selected similar kinds of anti-hypertension drugs, and most of them are low-priced.
