摘  要:用户使用某钢厂生产的30MnSi盘条加工成的管桩钢筋,曾集中在一段时间,钢筋在存放和制作PHC管桩过程中,出现大量钢筋脆断的质量问题。通过对脆断钢筋断口进行检测分析发现,钢中存在大颗粒或密集型夹杂物是造成钢筋脆断的主要原因。为防止钢筋发生脆断的质量问题,对夹杂物的来源进行了分析,提出了减少夹杂、提高钢的纯净度措施。Customer used the pipe pile steel fabricated fron 30MnSi rod coil produced by a certain steel factory. However, during one period, there occurred a quality problem of pile steel brittle failure when storing and producing PHC pipe pile. Through the examination and analysis to the broken pile steel' s fracture, the main reasons are large - grained or intensive inclusions in the steel. In order to prevent this problem, the source of the inclusions had been analyzed and certain measures, such as reducing the portion of inclusions and increasing the deanliness of steel, have been carried out.
