摘 要:应用金属原位统计分布分析技术研究了40Cr连铸方坯中C、S、P、Si、Mn和Al的宏观偏析规律。研究表明在较高的等轴晶率下中间包钢水过热度对C的宏观偏析不产生影响。但对S和P的宏观偏析仍然产生明显影响。具有强烈偏析倾向的S和P呈现完全不同的偏析规律;接近液相线温度浇铸时并不能减轻S和P的偏析程度。Si基本不产生偏析,而Mn在常规浇钢过热度下呈中心正偏析;元素Al的中心正偏析主要是因Al2O3夹杂向连铸坯中心聚集引起。The macrosegregation regulation of C,S,P,Si,Mn and Al in 40Cr billets was studies with the technology of original position statistic distribution analysis (OPA). It indicated there wasn't any effect of superheat temperature of molten steel in tundish on the macrosegregation of carbon, but there was an obvious effect on the macrosegregation of sulfur and phosphorus at the condition of a higher ratio of equiaxed crystal of billets. Sulfur and phosphorus which have a strong segregation tendency present quite different regulation of macrosegregation. The degree of segregation of sulphur and phosphorus couldn't be reduced when casting near the temperature of liquid line. Silicon nearly doesn't produce macrosegregation, but manganese produces a positive central segregation when casting at common superheat of molten steel in tundish. The positive central segregation of aluminum is a result of alumina inclusion gathering toward the center of billets.
