摘  要:珠钢投产以后到2004年,CSP连铸中包工作衬耐材一直采用西马克公司推荐的湿法喷涂料,实际生产中暴露很多缺点,例如生产中残留水分多,使板卷不同程度的存在气孔、夹渣和冷弯裂纹,连浇7炉后翻包性能差,使用寿命短,影响生产作业率。2005年起珠钢研究了性能优良的新一代工作衬耐材即干式料,在生产中推广使用,连浇炉数最高达14炉,一次翻包成功率99.5%以上,连铸作业率达到88%,同时杜绝了气孔等缺陷。Zhujiong Steel has used the tundish wet pouring material recommended by SMS till 2004, which exposed many defects in production such as too much reserving water, existing gas holes, slag inclusion, and cold bending cracks to varying degrees. The property oftundish turnover is bad after pouring seven.sequences continously. Service life is too short, so that influence producting rate. This paper introduces new working lining refractoy with good quality - called dry material, which was researched from 2005 and was used in production by Zhujiang steel. Now the continous pouring sequences can reach 14 heats. The rate of successful tundish turnover is above 99.5% .Producing rate is more than 88%, at the same time,stop those defects like gas holes, etc.
