新钢40tEAF-LF-CC流程生产20钢Φ150mm圆管坯的工艺实践

摘　　要：电炉冶炼控制终点碳为0．10％～0．12％，P≤0．010％。精炼终点S≤0.020％，并喂Si—Ca线和吹氩。连铸控制中间包温度1525℃～1540℃，拉速1．8～2．0m／min，并采用结晶器电磁搅拌。试验9炉20管φ150mm圆坯化学成分（％）：C0．18～0．20，Si0．20～0．26，Mn0．52～0．57，P0．012～0．016，S0．010～0．016。检验结果表明此批20管φ150mm圆坯符合YB／T5222—1993质量标准要求。The end point C of electric finance smelting control was 0.10% -0.12%,P was less than 0.010% in EAF.The end point S was less than 0.020% in IF, with feeding Si- Ca wire and argon stirring. During continue casting the temperature of liquid steel in tundiah was 1525℃- 1540℃ ,the casting speed 1.8 - 2.0m/rain,using M- EMS.The chemical component experient 9 furnaces steel 20 # was C0.18 - 0.20,Si0.20 - 0.26,Mn0.52 - 0.57,P0.012 - 0.016,S0.010 - 0.016. The production of steel 20 # met requirement of the standard YB/T5222 - 1993.
