摘 要:目的观察石菖蒲有效成分β-细辛醚和丁香酚组合对β-淀粉样蛋白毒性损伤PC12细胞的保护作用,探讨中药有效成分配伍的优越性。方法观察给药后PC12细胞形态、细胞存活率、细胞内Ca2+浓度和NO的变化。结果β-细辛醚10μmol/L+丁香酚3μmol/L组合能有效减少细胞内Ca2+浓度,抑制NO的产生,提高细胞存活率。结论石菖蒲有效成分的配伍,能更好地发挥保护PC12细胞免受β淀粉样蛋白毒性损伤的作用。Objective To observe the effect of β - asarone combined with eugenol against PC12 cell injury induced by amyloid beta protein (Aβ25-35) and to explore the advantage of compatibility of monomers in herbs. Methods PC 12 cells injury were induced by Aβ25 - 35. The morphological features and survival rate of PC 12 cells as well as the changes of intracellular Ca^2+ concentration and NO concentration were observed after administration. Results The optimum combination was 10 μmol/L [3 - asarone + 3 μmol/L eugenol, which can decrease the concentration of intracellular Ca^2+ , inhibit the production of NO and increase the survival rate of PC12 cells. Conclusion The combination of effective components in Acorus tatarinowii has a better protective effect on Aβ25-35 - induced PC12 cell injury than Acorus tatarinowii.
