摘　　要：目的通过测定连蒲双清片中盐酸小檗碱的含量,为其质量控制提供稳定、可靠的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,DionexC18(5μm,4.6mm×150mm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.033mol/L的磷酸二氢钾水溶液(25∶75),流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:28℃。检测波长为346nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.153～1.224μg范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,该制剂中的盐酸小檗碱平均含量为1.26mg/片。结论本法简便,准确,可作为该制剂质量控制的主要手段。Objective To determine the berberine ehloride eontent in Lianpu Shuangqing Tablet and to develop a steady and reliable method for the quality eontrol of the tablet. Method A HPLC method was adopted. The eolumn was Dionex C18 （5 μm, 4.6 mm × 150 mm）with the column temperature of 28℃ , the mobile phase was aeetonitrile -0. 033 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate（25 ： 75） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the deteetion wavelength was at 346 nm. Results Berberine ehloride has a linearity in the range of 0. 153 - 1. 224 μg, and the average eontent in the tablet was 1.26 rag/tablet. Conclusion This method is simple, aeeurate, and can be used for the quality eontrol of Lianpu Shuangqing Tablet.
